Dr. Patricia F. Roldan is the owner and senior audiologist at A+ Audiology & Hearing Aid Services. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in 1992 and her Master’s degree in Audiology in 1994 from The University of Texas at Austin. She then earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2017.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Roldan has dedicated her career to helping patients across South Texas hear better and live fuller lives. She provides comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative services for pediatric, adult, and veteran populations, specializing in advanced hearing aid technology and individualized treatment plans.
As a bilingual provider, Dr. Roldan is deeply committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering her community through improved hearing health. Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Karina Robledo earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Lamar University in 2025. A proud Rio Grande Valley native, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2021. Her academic journey reflects a strong commitment to returning her expertise to the community that shaped her professional goals.
Her clinical interests include adult diagnostic evaluations, hearing conservation, and the use of advanced hearing aid technology. She places a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, ensuring each patient receives care informed by the latest research and clinical standards.
Dedicated to serving bilingual and Hispanic populations, Dr. Robledo provides compassionate, culturally responsive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Audiology Doctoral Resident
Danielle Lopez is a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) student at The University of Texas at Austin, Class of 2026. Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Austin in 2022. Her academic training reflects a strong foundation in both clinical practice and research-driven care.
With a growing research background in auditory processing disorders and brainstem function, Ms. Lopez is dedicated to understanding how the brain interprets and processes sound. Her academic work highlights a deep interest in the neurological mechanisms that influence listening, comprehension, and communication across the lifespan.
As part of her residency at A+ Audiology, Ms. Lopez provides compassionate, evidence-based care to both pediatric and adult patients. Her professional interests include balance disorders, auditory processing, advanced hearing aid technology, and expanding access to bilingual and culturally responsive hearing care. She is committed to providing a supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected, and empowered in their hearing health journey.

Licensed Audiology Assistant
With nearly a decade of experience at A+ Audiology & Hearing Aid Services, Daisy Alvarado plays a vital role in supporting both patients and audiologists. She assists with hearing aid maintenance, repairs, and counseling, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and confident with their hearing devices. Known for her expertise, kindness, and attention to detail, Daisy helps make each visit smooth, positive, and productive.

Billing Specialist
Alma Bernal, our billing specialist, brings more than ten years of administrative and billing experience to A+ Audiology & Hearing Aid Services. She manages patient billing, insurance claims, and office operations with care and precision.
