Our comprehensive hearing evaluations assess the type, degree, and impact of hearing loss. Testing may include pure-tone audiometry, speech understanding, and middle ear assessment to guide accurate diagnosis and recommendations.
Why we test:
We review your test results and discuss your listening goals to identify the most appropriate hearing solution, which may include hearing aids, implantable hearing technology, or assistive listening accessories, and provide personalized recommendations.

Successful hearing aid use starts with proper fitting and education. Real-Ear Measurements (REM) are a necessary part of the fitting process, ensuring your hearing aids are accurately tailored to your specific hearing loss and ear canal shape. Because both affect how sound is delivered, REM is essential to confirm your devices are comfortable and performing as prescribed.
Services include:

We provide routine maintenance and in-office troubleshooting to help keep your hearing aids performing at their best. From clean and checks to minor repairs and adjustments, our team is here to help extend the life and performance of your devices.
We are honored to serve our nation’s veterans and support their hearing health needs. We provide hearing evaluations and authorized hearing-related services for eligible veterans through the Veterans Affairs (VA) system.
To begin services, please contact your VA primary care provider (PCP) or VA representative to initiate the referral and authorization process.
If you are working or a student in the state of Texas, you may qualify for TWC services that help cover the cost of hearing evaluations and hearing technology. These services are designed to support communication access for work, school, and daily life.
To begin the referral process, please contact your TWC counselor. If you have not yet started the process, visit the TWC website to review qualification requirements and learn more about available services.

We provide cochlear implant programming and follow-up care for both pediatric and adult patients using Cochlear Americas devices. Services focus on optimizing sound quality, comfort, and speech understanding through individualized programming and ongoing support.

We evaluate patients for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a common inner ear condition that can cause dizziness and vertigo. Testing helps determine whether positional vertigo is contributing to symptoms and guides appropriate management or referral.

We provide custom earmold impressions for a variety of devices and needs, including hearing aids, musicians’ earplugs, and occupational or recreational hearing protection. Custom earmolds offer improved comfort, fit, and effectiveness compared to over-the-counter options.
We provide hearing evaluations and hearing aid–related services for students in local school districts to support access to education and classroom communication.
To schedule services for a child or student, please contact your school district’s Special Education, 504, or Student Accommodations Department to initiate the referral and appointment process.
